Built for youth Ministry Leaders looking to grow in collaboration and leadership
The Circles & Spaces Youth Leadership Cohort aims to equip the emerging Youth Pastors, Leaders and Workers in Africa for evangelisation and prepare them for the future, through equipping, connection, prayer, and encouragement through monthly meetups.
Who is This Cohort For?
This cohort is designed for leaders looking to grow in collaboration and leadership within Africa.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Alpha sponsors 80% of the cohort’s costs. However, the logistical expenses of attending the in-person gatherings are self-sponsored.
WHO IS LEADING THIS?
Circles & Spaces is led by Alpha Youth, with a combination of centralized teaching and facilitation. Additionally, each cohort is guided by a diverse group of trusted mentors and coaches.
Four Months
The cohort runs from May to August
8 Online Zoom Calls
Bi-weekly peer learnings and coaching sessions.
150 Youth Leaders
We aim for 150 leaders who will be put into smaller clusters, so that it’s not too big, not too small
One Physical Youth Gathering
The cohort will gather once physically in September in Nairobi Kenya.
